"I don't think I've been this bored in a long time, maybe ever. We really need to think of something to do, and fast, I think I can feel my brain turning into mush." Latvia had come over to your house to escape Russia's wrath. He wouldn't tell you what he did to make him so angry, only that he couldn't go back home anytime soon.
"I know, but I don't know what to do." You searched around the messy drawers of your house for something that could prove entertaining, at least for a little while. "I have a ton of playdough. I wonder when I got this."
Latvia shot straight up, eyes wide. "Playdough? We could do a lot of really cool stuff with that." He cleared off your table and prepared to play with it. "Bring it all, we'll need it, I have an idea."
"Okay then." You were confused, but did what he said. After placing every container on the table you took your place next to him. "What now?"
"Well, if you don't plan on ever using it again, I would like to mix all the containers into one giant ball, it'll be easier that way." He started opening the the tubs.
At first you really didn't like the idea. You were usually meticulous about keeping things like that in order. But honestly, you wouldn't ever use it again, and it''s not like it was expensive. "That's fine, I didn't even know I had it." In no time you had all the playdough mixed together. Latvia then began to shape the enormous mound into something else. It was a volcano.
Latvia was grinning at you from behind the massive volcano. "You figure out what we're going to be doing yet?"
"Well of course I have, this is going to be awesome. I hope I have baking soda and vinegar." You quickly rushed from the table and looked through your kitchen for the needed items. "Yup, I have them." You placed them on the table and helped Latvia finish up the volcano. It was finished, and huge. If the explosion was going to work the two of you were going to need to move your masterpiece to the floor somehow. Luckily Latvia had the foresight to place a piece of cardboard under it before you started. Still, this would be difficult. Slowly and carefully the two of you moved the volcano to the ground.
Latvia sighed. "Well that was a bigger pain in the butt than I thought it would be. Now, for the fun part, the explosion." He jumped up on a chair and dumped your entire box of baking soda into the mouth of the volcano. "That might have been a bit much, oh well." He Then rushed to your kitchen, grabbed something and dumped that in too. "Just one, ingredient, left." The vinegar was poured in. Latvia jumped off the chair and next to you. "I hope it's a good one." He grabbed your hand and squeezed it tight.
"Me too." As you were speaking red oozing bubbles came from the mouth, then, it exploded everywhere. Even though you were standing pretty far away, you were covered in the "lava", as was your ceiling, furniture, carpet, and everything else in the room. "Well, I'd say that was a pretty good one." You shook off some of the foam. " What did you put in there? I've never seen a baking soda volcano explode like that."
Latvia just smiled. "I can't tell you, it's a secret. But now I think we have something to do for the rest of the day. Clean up."
