Standing in front of the group, ready to get the next turn started, Abel adjusted his glasses and smiled happily. Instead of searching through the players for the next contestant as he normally did, Abel took a seat in a nearby chair and placed his hands on his knees. “Would anyone like to volunteer themselves to go next? I've been hand-picking most of you, but if someone would like to just come up here, that would be fine with me.”
“I'll do it if no one else is willing.” More than happy to volunteer yourself, you quickly rose from your seat and walked to the front of the room. Showing no hesitation or nervousness at all, you plunged your hand into the box and pulled out your item. It was a small, generic looking puppet. “Well, this is certainly interesting, isn't it?” Though you tried to figure it out on your own, you could place the owner. “I give up, whose item is this?”
“Mine.” The moment Dietrich stood from his chair, a concerned look flashed over Abel's face. Completely ignoring this, Dietrich continued making his way to you and reclaimed his item. “Should we get started?” Flashing you a gently, polite looking smile, he took your hand and led you into the closet. The door hadn't even been shut yet, and you could already tell that something wasn't right. “Are you alright? You seem nervous.”
“I'm just fine. I suppose the game's just getting to me.” Unsure why exactly you felt so terribly uneasy, you made yourself sit down on the floor and tried to put the worry out of your mind. “It's a little more uncomfortable once the time starts ticking.”
Taking a seat directly in front of you, Dietrich nodded. “That's understandable. I'm sure it will become less uncomfortable as time goes on. That being said, we have very little time in here. So, actually, things may not change all that much.”
“That's okay. I'm already feeling a lot better.” Honestly, you were as nervous as ever, but you didn't want to tell him that. Though he seemed perfectly polite and even gentlemanly, you couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right. Now that you thought about it, even Abel had looked a bit worried. Maybe it was nothing. Maybe the idea of playing such an odd game, in a church, was getting to you. Either way, you couldn't stop alarm bells from going off in your head. “A-anyway, we don't have to just sit around in here, staring at each other because I'm being awkward. I'm still okay with playing the game.”
Your words caused a crooked grin to form on Dietrich's lips. Due to the darkness, and the almost sadistic smile, you couldn't tell if he was amused, or plotting something. “That's good to know.”
“Yeah, I figured that information was probably pretty important for you to have. Especially since you are my partner for the game and all.” Feeling embarrassed, flustered and at a total loss for what to do, you awkwardly looked down to the floor and took a deep breath in through your nose. “So, now you know.”
“I suppose you're waiting on me to do something then?” Though you opened your mouth to speak, Dietrich placed his fingertip on your lips before you'd uttered even a single word. “Time's running out, so I suppose I can do at least that.” Not giving you even a single second to respond, your partner placed his hand on the nape of your neck, purposely tangling his fingers in the stray strands of your hair as he did, and pulled you to him. Before what he'd done could even register, he began to kiss you. The kiss, much like his embrace, was rough to the point of almost being cold or cruel. Too shocked by his actions to even think clearly, you didn't even try to stop him from seizing complete control of your mouth. Strangely enough, you found that you didn't mind his roughness in the slightest. Actually, the exact opposite was true. Hardly able to breathe, you loosely laced your fingers behind his neck and enthusiastically joined into the kiss.
Just as you started to really enjoy his dominating kisses and firm hold, the door swung open and Abel stumbled inside. “The seven minutes are over now. Both of you need to get out of the closet.” Moving into the closet, he helped you to your feet and gently brushed you off. “Everything went alright, right?” Though he didn't come out and say it, it was obvious that Abel had been worried about you. This confirmed what you'd been feeling all along.
Truthfully a little disappointed that the game was over, you let out a sigh and nodded.“Everything was perfectly fine. Actually, I'd have to say it was a little better than fine.” Blushing slightly, you watched as your partner pushed himself onto his feet and prepared to leave. “At least it was for me anyway.” Waiting until after Dietrich had left the closet and was no longer within earshot, you turned to Abel and spoke. “But if you were worried about me being in there with him, why did you let me go into the closet to start with?”
“That is a very, very good question now isn't it?” Looking a bit dumbfounded by your question Abel stared down at you, blinking rapidly, as if to emphasize his own confusion. Fixing his glasses again, he smiled and offered you a weak laugh. “The only answer I can give you, would be, because the show must go on.”

Kuroshitsuji: Plutox(M)Reader 9, Trans-existance
“Imagine you can’t… you can’t see me.”
Pluto quirked his head in a questioning manner, digging himself further into the sheets. We lay together in my room in the dark, the morning sun not yet up to break through the windows. Pluto never left my side now. I was still rather weak from the “incident”, so I hadn’t done much teaching lately. Sebastian said my soul might have been infected already, and we’d have to wait to see if I did any waltzing around on the walls or speaking languages I don’t know. But what scares me more is that the signs are not usuall

Misery Loves Company [Hades Aidoneus x Reader]
She approached him in the garden’s courtyard for what seemed the hundredth time today. As soon as he saw her, the same exact words from before left his mouth:
“You need to stay away from me.”
An unfazed grin passed over the girl’s lips. “And if I don’t want to?”
“You will be affected and possibly harmed by the misery that follows me. Please; for the sake of your safety, leave me alone,” he grunted quietly, looking uncomfortable as the conversation progressed.
The girl threw her head back and laughed. The sound rang out through the courtyard, causing the man before her to flinch. (E/c)
