You woke earlier than usual one morning to find your home was completely snowed in. The snow must be up to your knees outside at least. Snow was a rare occurrence where you lived, so needless to say you were rather excited. You quickly dressed in the warmest clothes you owned and tried to get outside. The amount of snow outside your door made it impossible to open. "Dang it." You ran over to your window, forced it open and jumped out into the freezing snow. Though you wanted to play in the snow, you knew the most important thing was clearing a path to your door. You quickly began shoveling away at the snow.
"Hello there "_____", are you enjoying the snow? Finland ran through the snow and tackled you into a hug. "I love the snow, it's so Christmasy."
You hugged him back. "I love the snow, I rarely get to see it you know."
Finland dropped back into the snow and started to make a snow angel. "You know what we should do? We should have a snowball fight, you never know when your next chance will be." He popped up and grabbed a large handful of snow, rolling it into a ball. "This is perfect snowball snow you know, not too wet, not too dry." He threw the ball he'd just created at your shoulder, causing little flakes of snow to spray all over your already cold cheeks. "So, we going to play or what?" He gave an adorable grin.
"You're on. Get ready to go down." The two of you set up your bases. Finland's looked like it could withstand a blizzard, yours looked like a group of kindergartners made it. You were already loosing this war.
"You ready "____"? Your fort doesn't look finished yet." Finland laughed cheerfully at you. "On the count of three. One, Two, Three!." Both of you began hurling snowballs at each other as fast as you could, neither of you were aiming at all. "Come on, you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn."
"Oh you're one to talk, you're no where close to me." You probably shouldn't have said that, because the very next snowball hit you square between the eyes, knocking you flat on your back.
"Oh my god, are you alright?" Finland rushed over to you and started checking you for damage. You were still to stunned to speak. "Oh no, I've killed her. I know what to do." Finland lowered himself to you and proceeded to give you mouth to mouth. Though a bit unorthodox, it brought you back to your senses. Your eyed flew open and your face burned red. "Oh good, you're okay, I thought I'd killed you."
"Were you just kissing me?"
He quickly shook his head, his face now matching yours. "N-no, I thought you were dead so, I was giving you mouth to mouth."
"Oh, okay." You were embarrassed for asking now, of course Finland wouldn't kiss you. Though, it was a nice thought. The two of you were now sitting in the snow, in an awkward silence.
Finland broke the silence first. "Did you want me to be kissing you? I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that." His face became even more red.
You took a deep breath and mustered up your courage. "I wouldn't stop you if you did." That's all it took for Finland to shyly begin kissing you. It didn't take either of you long to realize, your lips were stuck together. After a bit of warming you two were able to separate yourselves.
He laughed. "I should have known that would happen. Cold makes everything stick."
