"Everything out here smells so good, there's no way we can possibly sample it all. You know what I'm saying? I wish I'd brought a doggy bag or a knapsack, or a backpack, or a something." Turkey sighed. "So much food, and such a small stomach. Well, we better get to sampling huh?" He grabbed your hand and began almost running towards the smell of the food. The two of you were spending the day at a local street fair. Vendors from all over were there sampling their dishes and Turkey had seized the opportunity to get a free meal. "I hope they have lots of sweets today and not just a bunch of cheese. How about you?"

"Well actually I like cheese just fine, but if we're going to be using free samples for dinner, I kinda hope they have something besides just sweets, or cheese." You laughed.

"Oh, yeah, you have a point there. I didn't think to ask, I'm sorry." Turkey blushed sheepishly. "If you're actually hungry I'll get you something to eat you know. I can't have my date going around hungry, that's just not right man." He came to a complete stop and looked at you, waiting for your reply.

"I'm fine, really, besides, it's like you said, there's more food than we can even eat here. If I manage to get hungry here, I deserve it." You smiled.

"Okay, I'm just making sure, you know." Turkey gave you a gentle kiss on the mouth and continued walking hand in hand with you. Now finally at the beginning of the vendors the smells of all the different dishes really hit you. There was food everywhere, all the different aromas were starting to make you drool. "Wow, it's even more amazing up close, I don't even know where to start." Turkey rubbed his hands together excitedly and looked over the food, stepping on tiptoes in an attempt to see just how far the vendors went.

"I'm thinking here would probably be a good place." You pointed at a sign that plainly stated in bold, black and white letters: "Please Start Sample Line Here".

Turkey blushed and scratched the back of his head. "I suppose it would be a good place, wouldn't it? How did I not see that? Well, better start there then." You two followed the instructions of the sign, and started your sampling journey. There were foods you had never seen or heard or before, but that didn't keep you from trying everything, and forcing it on Turkey in the process. You both got your wish, there were plenty of sweets for Turkey, and a full meal, and dessert for you. Before making it even half way through the vendors, you were both completely stuffed. Turkey whimpered. "Man I'm full, I need a second stomach for sweets or something man. It would really come in handy right about now.." He rubbed his stomach to emphasize. "It's just not fair that they only do this once a season. I could do this every day."

You laughed and pulled him into a hug as you both continued walking past the food you wished you still had room to eat. "Well that's probably why they do it so seldom."

Squeezing you tight he nodded. "You're probably right, I'd eat them out of business." Turkey joined you in laughter. "So anyway, I say we walk around a bit and come back once the fullness subsides and try to hit the rest of the shops."

"No thanks, I think I'll just watch."
