Kingdom Hearts Seven Minutes in Heaven Ventus

         “You look genuinely bored.” Axel laughed and took your hand. “Will get this party started with you then.” He walked you to the center of the room where a large black bag was waiting on you. “Well, there it is. Dig in and find your item.”

You were more than happy to do as Axel said, maybe a bit too happy judging by the looks people gave you. Finally, you decided on an item. It was a small star that hung from a chain. “Which one of the keyblade masters does this belong to?” You held up your object for all to see.

“Oh, that's mine.” Ventus scooted off of the couch and rushed up to you. He was smiling ear to ear. “This is going to be great, let's hurry up.” He grabbed hold of your hand and started for the closet.

“Hey there buddy, calm down. Regardless of how fast you get to the closet, you're getting the same amount of time. So you might as well slow down and enjoy it.” Axel opened up the door to the closet and let you both inside. “Now remember, it's only seven minutes now.” He tapped the side of his head with his pointer finger. “Got it memorized?” Axel grinned at you both and shut the door.

“Sorry, I'm actually really excited about this. I don't get to do a lot of stuff because I'm the youngest.” Ventus smiled at you, placing his hands on his knees and rocking back and forth. “So, what are we doing exactly?”

You tried not to laugh at his question, but failed. “Weren't you paying any attention earlier? Axel explained it, and he did so pretty clearly too.” Ventus only shook his head. “Do you know what seven minutes in heaven is?” Again, he shook his head. “Oh gee.” You rubbed your eyebrows and sighed. “We have to start from scratch then I guess. This game, is like a weird sort of dare. You and I get shoved in a closet for seven minutes, and we're expected to makeout.”

“I can do that.” His smile had returned, along with a little blush. “This is much less dangerous than what I usually do.” He scooted closer to you. “Should be no problem at all.” It was more than obvious he was trying to hype himself up for the task at hand.

“You know, we don't have to makeout. It's not like there's a winner or loser to this game.” He was obviously nervous, and you didn't want him to do something he didn't want to do.

“No way. I'm finally getting to do something, no way I'm not going to do it.” Ventus placed his hands on your shoulders and gave you the most stern look he could muster. “Don't make this weird, okay?” He gave you an awkward smile before kissing you. The kiss was awkward and messy, yet it somehow made you want to melt. There was a certain sweetness in the kiss that completely erased the awkwardness. After a few seconds Ventus pulled away and laughed. “I told you not to make it weird.”

You laughed along with him. “Sorry, I didn't mean to. It was getting there you know.” You blushed. “A little longer and I don't think it would have been weird at all.”

“Yeah?” Ventus smiled wide and placed his hands on the back of his head. “I guess we'll just have to try that out again sometime then. Just to see if you're right.”

The door creaked open as Ventus finished talking. “You two have any fun?” Axel opened the door fully letting in enough light for you both to see your way out of the closet. “I hope you two did more than talk for seven minutes.” He laughed. “That would have been a waste of a turn.”

“We had fine.” Ventus piped up. “Or at least I did. I have to admit though, this is a pretty weird game. I wouldn't expect someone your age to come up with it.” Ventus took your hand and started to led you to the snacks.

“That's cool, I'm glad you- My age?” Axel puffed up. “Get back here and say that to my face without using a girl as a shield.” He followed you both over to the snacks and continued unleashing his rage there. “Put my snacks down, you can't have any of my old man snacks.”

Demyx walked to the center of the room, despite the small feud going on behind him.“Well, I guess I'm in charge now. Who's next?”
