You walk up to the hat place your hand inside and immediately feel something squishy. You pull it out to see a mochi that resembles America. "I'm pretty sure I know who this belongs to." You walk over to Estonia, who's busy trying to keep Latvia out of trouble. "This wouldn't happen to be yours would it?" You held up the mochi for him to see.
Estonia took it back into his hands with a smile. "Yes, it is. It's actually one of my favorites. It's a rare shape shifting America-" He was cut off by America hitting you both on the back.
"That's really great dudes, it's super cool you guys have dolls of me, but you really gotta get in the closet now." He pushed you both to the closet, shoved you in and shut the door behind you, locking it with a loud click. "Seven minutes dudes, don't waste it on lame stuff either"
Estonia helped you clean a spot in the closet and sat down across from you. "So, what would you like to talk about? Since we're not supposed to be talking about anything lame, it's probably better you choose the subject. I'd pick something like video games, MMORPG's or something else uncool like that."
"That stuff isn't uncool, I love video games, cons, anime, really anything most people consider nerdy like that."
Estonia looked rather surprised. "Really, you don't strike me as that kind." He smiled. "But I suppose I'm glad you are, it defiantly makes things a bit less awkward."
"I'm sorry, I didn't know I was making you feel awkward."
"No, no, it's not you specifically, but being locked in a dark closet with a girl is generally an awkward situation. "His glasses began to fog a bit due to the blush that was quickly spreading across his face. "I can only imagine the teasing I'll get from Lithuania and Latvia, not to mention Russia." He sighed.
"Well I heard you were pretty good at getting out of sticky situations, do you have any ideas for this one?"
He leaned back against the wall of the closet and scratched his chin in thought. "We could always just leave the party after we get out of here. I think there's a video game convention close by, we could go there instead. Unless you want to stay, I don't want you to leave because of me."
"That sounds good, I was getting pretty tired of France following me around like some sort of stalker any way."
"Okay, if you're sure, b-but, we probably shouldn't tell anyone where we're going. The other Baltics will follow us if we do." He blushed again, obviously happy you'd decided to go with him.
"Course, you know, we should really hang out more often. I didn't know there was another nerd in the group."
A smiled mushroomed across his face. "I'd love that. I was hoping you'd ask, I didn't want to because I thought you might think I was being to forward." He laughed a little. "Sorry, I don't get out much."
America unlocked the door and swung it open. "I should have known you two wouldn't do anything in there. What you do play magic for seven minutes?" He laughed at you both.
Estonia helped you up and took your hand. "You ready?" You just gave him a nod, afraid to give any hints of where you two might be going. You both left the party, walking hand in hand.
Latvia elbowed Lithuania as you two left. "Hey, Lithuania, did Estonia tell you where he was going with '______'?"
"No, But I'm going to follow him and find out."
