“Things are going well, so there's no need to stop now.” With a pleased nod, Taro rested both hands on his cane and looked over the crowd of people. “This time I'm not going to choose who goes next, I just want someone to volunteer.”
Everyone stayed still, just looking ahead blankly. For some odd reason, no one wanted to go up. “Well fine then, if everyone else is too chicken, I'll do it.” You shoved yourself off of the ground and quickly walked over to the large pile. Now up close, you were amazed at just how many items were piled up here. “Let's see. I'll pick this thing.” You grabbed a glass bottle that looked like it came straight from a lab. Without giving it any though, you popped the cork out and drank the sweet, blue liquid it held inside. “That was actually pretty tasty.”
“You really shouldn't drink things if you don't know what they are. You could get hurt.” While adjusting his glasses, and dusting off his clothes, Jin walked over to you. “Luckily for you that was nothing dangerous.”
“I'm pretty sure I could have handled it, even if it was dangerous. Now come on. We won't have any fun if you just stand there worrying.” Quickly grasping his elbow, you ran with him all the way to the willow, pushed back the curtain like branches and dropped down to the warm ground as soon as you were inside. “This is a pretty nice spot. I wonder if I could climb this thing.”
After checking the ground for who knows what, Jin finally sat down and let out a quiet sigh. “I would prefer you didn't. While the trunk of this tree is indeed strong, the branches are really nothing more than vines. That being said, there's no way they could support your weight.”
“My weight? What are you trying to say here?” His words quickly, which you'd obviously misunderstood due to the fact that you really weren't listening to him at all, caused you to go into defense mode.
Even with you puffed up and glaring at him, he didn't lose his calm attitude. “There's not need for you to get upset. I didn't mean anything offensive.”
“Well I found it offensive, so I'm going to have to prove you wrong.” Determined to make him eat his words, even if he hadn't said them, you stood up and started to climb the willow. It was almost immediately more difficult than you thought it would be. Because the branches were thin, you had very little to grasp onto. The branches also swayed with just the slightest breeze, causing them to smack against your face and obscure your vision. In no time at all, your ankle, and hair became tangled in them, bringing your terrible attempt to a halt. “This was probably a bad idea.”
“Yes, I said that. Would you like some help?” You answered with a simple, embarrassed nod. “I thought as much.” Jin easily entangled your ankle and held his arms out for you. “Just jump down, I'll catch you.” Nodding again, you pushed yourself off of the trunk and fell into his arms. Jin did catch you, but he lost his footing upon impact, causing him to stumble back a couple of steps until finally falling to the ground.
“That was pretty fun. Thanks for catching me.” You offered him a wide smile before crawling off of him and extending your hand. “I guess you were right about those branches being too weak. Sorry I got so defensive on you.”
Jin took your hand, stood to his feet and nodded. “It's okay, I know how females are about their weight. Few of them realize how very simple it is to get in shape. It just takes a bit of hard work, determination and a proper meal plan. I would be very happy to help you if you wanted to come by the clinic. Why are you looking at me like that?” His eyes widened, realizing how what he'd just said must have sounded to you. “I honestly didn't mean it like that.”
You weren't buying it this time. He was going to pay for what he'd said. As a crooked, angry grin started to spread across your face, you spoke only one word. “Run.”

ApolloxReader- Perception
ApolloxReader- Perception- Part 1
You could never lie to Apollo. At least not with his stupid perception skills. You could never plan a surprise birthday party for him. He knew all of your quirks anyways, so lying to him was a stupid idea. That didn't stop you from trying though.
You were writing him a love letter and didn't want him to find out. Really? No. You just wanted to ask him out without a creepy stalkerish vibe. How could you say "I've been watching you for a while..." without it being creepy? 'Really, I'd love to know,' you thought to yourself.
So when Apollo asked you what was wrong, and you LIED because you were nerv

Anger.
“WOULD YOU TWO STOP IT!?” You shouted making Reno and your father freeze in their places.
They have been arguing and bickering for the past week now and you have had enough…
“I’m going to work now! Reno you should leave soon too, Rude will be waiting, and dad, just stay out of trouble ok?” You said with a wave as you left the house not looking back and hoping not to hear any protesting from either of them.
You dad nudged Reno. “It would be ‘RUDE’ of you to keep your partner waiting.” And then he busted out laughing at his own stupid.
