“Alright everyone, Yuffie's left for a little while, so this time we're going to do things my way.” Zack rubbed the palms of his hands together and grinned from ear to ear. “Which one of you wants to test out this new way of playing?”

“I'll give it a shot if no one else will.” Since no one else seemed willing to take the risk, you stood to your feet and confidently made your way up to the hat. “I don't see how your way of playing can really be all that different from Yuffie's anyway. The rules of the game aren't going to change just because she's gone.” With a little shrug, you reached into the hat and pulled out something that looked like a very small, glass, turkey baster. “Oh, I know what this is. It's one of those science things right?”

“That's one word for it, I suppose. Most people just call that a dropper however.” Already sure that the very presence of this object would distract you, Fuhito took the dropper from your hands and placed it in the pocket of his shirt. Once the item was secure, he looked up at you with a rather flat expression. “Shall we continue on then? I wouldn't want to keep the others waiting for their turn.”

“Sure we can.” Quickly grabbing his hand, you flashed him a wide, friendly smile, then began tugging him towards the closet. Before Zack had even closed the closet door, you had crossed your legs in front of you and taken a seat on the floor just across from your seemingly kind, but rather lethargic partner. “So here we are, now what?”

Fuhito waited until the door behind him was completely shut before he began to speak. After adjusting his thin, black glasses, he looked straight at you and spoke in a very calm tone. “While I usually do have a plan ready for any situation, I admit I'm under prepared for this one. This isn't something I ever thought I'd need to prepare for.”

“Oh, well, no worries.” Still smiling happily, you grabbed hold of your feet and awkwardly rocked back and forth. “I'm sure if we put our heads together, we can think up something to do. Or we could always do what everyone expects us to do while we're in here. That would be perfectly okay with me too, just so you know.”

As if he was honestly considering your idea, Fuhito lowered his head slightly, causing his glasses to slide down his nose, shut his eyes and brought his closed hand up to his chin to think for several long seconds. After thinking, he opened his eyes and rejected your idea altogether. “While that is the objective of this game, I would rather not do anything that extreme unless necessary. And honestly, I can't see a situation where me kissing you would be at all necessary.”

“I don't really see how kissing me is all that extreme, but okay, we'll do this your way.” Undeterred by his rejection, you scooted yourself even closer to where he was sitting and gently dropped your forehead down to his.

Pulling back and away from you almost immediately, Fuhito looked at you with his brow raised in confusion. “What are you doing?”

“I'm putting our heads together, obviously.” You grabbed his shoulder and quickly brought him back to you, despite his obvious disinterest in what you were doing. “Now come back here so we can think before our time's up.”

Fuhito's expression dropped even more. “You are aware that the phrase is nothing more than a simple idiom. Our head's don't actually need to touch. As far as I know, nothing suggests that doing so would make thinking any more productive.”

You let go of him with a loud groan and fell flat on your back with your arms sprawled out to the side. “I know that, but I was bored, time is running out and you weren't doing anything at all. I wanted at least some physical contact to happen before we had to leave, and that was the only thing I thought I could get away with.” You sighed again. “I guess I should have just stared at the wall and waited for the seven minutes to be up.”

“Not at all. If you had relayed your plan to me earlier on in the game, I would have known how to respond to you.” He straightened out his glasses once more and nodded in agreement to what he was saying. “Seeing as you and I haven't been acquainted before today, I had little idea how you might act, or what you might expect.”

The closet door creaked open, signaling the end of your turn. Not wanting to vacate the closet just yet, you stood to your feet to give the illusion that you were leaving. “That's true, but you could have just rolled with it. It probably would have been a lot more fun that way.” Smiling down at him politely, you offered him your hand and helped him to his feet. “I think planning and strategizing every little thing that happens makes things boring and dull.”

Back on his feet, Fuhito slowly shook his head from side to side and chuckled quietly under his breath. “I apologize, but I believe that is where our opinions greatly differ. It's no wonder this turn didn't work out for either of us. Our personalities and opinions seem to be opposite of one another. We were destined for failure before we began.”

“I wouldn't be so sure about that if I were you.” Tired of waiting, Zack entered the closet and started to shove both of you out. “If there's any truth at all in the saying, opposites attract, I think you two might be perfect for each other.”
