"Heya, hurry it up, you're making every one else wait you know." Yuffie waved you over to where she was standing in the center of the room and held out a large hat for you. "Now pick something, and make it good." She pointed a finger at you.
You swirled your hand around in the hat until something pricked your thumb. "Ouch, what the heck?" Lifting the small item out of the hat you recognized it as Cloud's earring. "Hey Cloud, I got your item, lucky you huh?"
"Yeah, lucky me." Cloud stood up, sighed and walked over to you. "Lets get this over with already." He took the earring from you and placed it back on his ear.
"Come on Cloud, why do you have to be such a downer?" Yuffie tugged at his arm, leading him in the direction of the closet. "Can't you just have fun for once?" She shoved Cloud in the closet with you. "Now don't be all boring or I won't let you out. See you in seven!" She gave you both a bright smile and shut the door tight.
Flopping himself to the floor, Cloud let out a long sigh. "Don't be boring huh?" He leaned against the wall and let his head fall back. "Okay then, what do you want to do?" He lowered his voice and mumbled to himself. "As if I don't already know the answer."
"Doesn't really matter to me, but I know you won't come up with anything." You knew how Cloud was, if you didn't make him do something, he wouldn't do it. "So I say we just play Yuffie's game. It is only for seven minutes after all."
Even though it was dark, and Cloud was now turned away from you, you were pretty sure you could see him blushing. "Right, of course."
"Really, it's not so bad. I don't have the plague or anything. Now come here." You moved over to where Cloud was sitting and wrapped your arms around him from behind. "See, I don't burn do I?" Squeezing him tighter you placed a kiss on his cheek. "And look, you didn't burst into blames either. Just a little red is all. I think you'll be just fine." You scooted in front of him and grinned. "So?" You wiggle your eyebrows at him.
"Fine. But leave me alone after this." Cloud moved to you and kissed you not on the cheek as you had, but on the mouth. Before he could move away again, you wrapped your arms around his neck and held him close. Cloud was blushing horribly now. But with nowhere to go, he continued kissing you. Slowly he moved his hands from the floor to your waist and relaxed, just a little bit.
Without any warning whatsoever, Yuffie slung open the door and turned the lights on, blinding you both. Cloud pressed his face into your neck to hide his eyes from the light. "Well, well, what do we have here? I thought you didn't want to play Cloud. You look pretty into the game now if I do say so myself. And I do." Yuffie placed her hands on her hips and stared down out you both with a proud look on her face.
"Really, he played? No way." Tifa jumped up from the couch to get a look." Well look at that. I guess he did play."
"Way to go spiky, I never thought you'd be the kind to do something like that." Barret laughed. "Figured it be Reno who went to town with a girl."
Cloud didn't move his face from your neck despite everyone's joking on him. "I knew this was a bad idea. Now they'll never stop talking."
