“Well guys, I failed. I tried, but I can't get those two to come out of the cellar, so just keep your eyes open okay?” With a little sigh Happy flew back onto the bar and leaned against the bucket. “Player number two, come on down! By the way, is anyone else feeling sleepy?”
“I am.” Holding the scrap of paper labeling you as the second player, you walked towards Happy. “But then again, I've been sleepy all day.” You gave Happy the little piece of paper, letting him confirm that you weren't cheating and dug around for an item. “A super high dose caffeine pill? That's original.”
“Oh, I know what's going on here.” Happy suddenly dropped to the bar and fell asleep. Confused, you did your best to stay awake as you were approached by who you guessed was the owner of the item. “I'd take that pill if you want to stay awake. Here, let me help.” Too tired to realize what was going on, you allowed the strangely familiar person to place the pill in your mouth and lead you down the stairs. “Is it kicking in yet?”
You blinked a few times, trying to clear your blurry vision. Once the groggy cloud that loomed over you had lifted, you were shocked by who was sitting in front of you. “M-Mystogan?” Though only his eyes were uncovered, you knew it had to be him. No one else dressed this way. “What are you even doing here?”
“Am I not wanted in my own guild anymore?” Mystogan shut his eyes and smiled to himself, even though you couldn't see it. “What a pity. I have been, and am so very loyal to this guild, but no one ever seems happy to see me.”
“Maybe that's because no one actually see's you. They just know you were there because they wake up with their face in food or laying in a heap on the floor.” You poked him in the chest, honestly a little amazed that you were so close to him, but did your best to hide it. “You know last time you showed up, I was in the middle of drinking something. I woke up with it spilled all over me. All of my clothes were sticky, stained and wet.”
“It takes time for my spell to take full effect. You should have had plenty of time to put your drink down.” He shrugged completely unapologetic and leaned against the cold stone wall of the cellar. “You know, I don't think I've ever even seen you around here before. You must be new, or just a terrible mage altogether.”
Unwilling to let him get you angry, you smiled. “I could say the same to you. You're always covering your face, hiding yourself even among fellow guild members. If you were to show up with your face uncovered, just about everyone would think you were some newbie. For all you know, I'm actually a great mage, but you'd never know because I just recently revealed myself.”
Mystogan nodded slowly in response to your sudden outburst. “What a nice thought. However, I know all of the other guild members, so your little story is nothing more than that. A story.”
He was getting to you, even though you were really trying to stay calm. “Why did you even show up if you were just going to pick a fight and be all egotistical. You haven't even unmasked yourself. This is a total waste of my time, and my turn.”
“You have quite the temper.” He leaned in closer to you, lifted your chin up slightly with his forefinger and brushed his thumb over your lips. “Not exactly an endearing trait, but it somehow suits you. If only we had more time.” Mystogan dropped his hand and stood back up.
“Wait a minute, if only we had more time, what? What would happen if we had more time?” You grasped his coat sleeve in a weak but desperate attempt to stop him from leaving. "Everyone else is asleep, we have all the time we could possibly want.”
“That's very true.” He nodded, already half way up the stairs. “But if I remember correctly, you said this was a total waste of your time. I wouldn't want to waste something as precious as time." You could tell he was smirking at you, even with his face hidden. "Perhaps we'll meet again, if you can stay awake.”

Seven Minutes in Heaven - Mystogan [FairyTail}
"Erza Scarlet, you are the most wonderful woman I have ever met and due to you my life feels complete and proper. That is why I want to ask you...here in front of this entire people...Will you be my wife?" Jellals speech had moved many into tears, but most of all you. But your tears differentiated from those of the others. While the others were crying out of emotion and celebrated the newly engaged couple, it seemed to you, as your heart would break into several thousand pieces. There he stood. The man, that you have loved for years now, but never had the courage to tell him, just had proposed to Erza and the redhead accepted of course. Who w

He didn’t know what had possessed him to do something like this. If he didn’t know any better he would say that he was under a powerful spell. But he did know better. He wasn’t, he did this under full knowledge of what he was doing.
At this very moment Mystogan was back in Magnolia after a gruelling mission. After reporting to Master Makarov he had decided to check up on you.
So here he was, following you from afar, because as much as he’d want to approach you and talk to you, he couldn’t. He still had his own personal mission to complete and also you kind of intimated him… not because you were a big thre
