“The rain has stopped and you all know what that means.” Sasha ran up to you with your item already in her hand. “You know what that means right?”
A little startled by her sudden closeness, you jumped back. “I'd guess it means it's time to play again.”
“That's exactly what it means.” She smiled wide. “Since the sky still looks ready to open up at any second, I went ahead and picked out your item for you. If you don't like it, I'll just let someone else go first.” She opened her hand and let a rather large green pendant dangle directly in front of your face. “It's actually kind of nice, isn't it?”
The moment you saw the necklace, you knew exactly who it belonged to. “This is going to be interesting.” You took the necklace from Sasha, stood up and turned around to find Erwin. Not surprisingly, he was already standing up and waiting for you. “Well that was pretty easy.” With an awkward smile, you handed over the pendant. “Here's your necklace thing.”
Erwin accepted his trinket and nodded, his face completely expressionless. “Thank you. Follow me, I have already chosen a spot for our turn.” He didn't take your hand, or wait to see if you were actually going to follow him. He just walked away from the small group of people and trusted that you would. Which you did of course, but a little chivalry would have been nice. Silent until he'd reached his final destination, Erwin led you all the way out to one of the watch towers.
The location baffled you completely. “Don't you think this is a slightly dangerous location to be goofing off? What if someone standing watch sees us?”
Completely stoic, he shook his head and climbed up the ladder to the tower. “It will be fine. No one will come to this particular tower. I am the one that's supposed to be keeping watch here.”
“Oh really?” His confession was completely unexpected and out of character. “So you're abandoning your duties to play a silly little game like this? That doesn't sound at all like you. You're usually so.” Pausing, you tried to find a nicer way to say what you wanted to say, but failed. “Well, you're usually really boring actually.”
Erwin didn't seem at all offended, but then again, even if he was you doubted he'd show it. “I am not abandoning my duties. I was supposed to stand watch, and that is exactly what I'm doing. I've just brought you along to do it with me.”
Your eyes widened at his words. “Good grief you're right. How do you even manage to plan all this stuff out the way you do?”
He looked out over the thick tree line in search of any danger as he answered. “Practice.”
“I could practice all day long, but all I'd accomplish would be giving myself a headache.” You sighed as you leaned against the rickety wooden railing of the watch tower. “You must have some sort of special something to make you the way you are. I know that was probably confusing, but I'm sure you understood what I was trying to say.”
Though fully immersed in your conversation, he never let his eyes stray from the forest, not even once. “With diligence, I'm sure you'll learn eventually.”
“Maybe, but there's something else I've got to ask you.” Scooting a little closer to him, you looked up and smiled. “What are the chances of me getting a kiss from you while we're up here?”
His icy blue eyes glanced down at you for less than a second, then quickly returned to surveillance. “I'm not preventing you from doing anything.”
Your expression dropped. “But you're not going to initiate anything either, are you?” He shook his head. “Well if that isn't boring I don't know what is. I guess I'll just have to stay up here and talk to you until you change your mind.”
Erwin didn't seem at all worried by your statement. “Do what you wish, but I warn you, I am not at all easily influenced.”
Resting your head on his arm, you grinned. “Oh that's okay, I don't give up easily either.”

Work.
It's a pain in the a*s, isn't it?
Especially when it prevents you from spending time with your significant other.
Yeah, well, that's happening to you. Work is a b*tch. Being a nurse is frustrating. Everything in this world is just... UGH! Yeah, if you were to describe the world, it would be 'UGH!' because it makes you want to rip your hair out and punch everyone that just speaks to you. Taxes, bills, work, people. All of these just irk you.
And here you were, getting ready to leave as you gathered your things before bidding farewell to your fellow colleagues when they stated that they 'will see you next week'. That obviously confuse

You stood outside of his office, readying yourself to tell the man you love your feelings. Wait… you wouldn’t tell him. You couldn’t tell him. It could ruin everything. Someone was likely to find out, and you could not have that.
These feelings for him, your Commander, were gradually becoming stronger. Who wouldn’t like him? He’s strong, handsome, gentlemanly, and he fights bravely on the battlefield (not to mention those eyebrows though...).
Damn him and his flawlessness.
Sometimes life was unfair. Either that, or your heart was conspiring against your entire being, making you fall head over heels for such an

It’s snowing…
You look up at the sky, colored a light pink and purple from the sunset. Winter can be such a quiet season… You think to yourself, blinking away a snowflake that has settled on your eyelashes. Dancer, your black mare, perks her ears up curiously at the sudden change of weather. You smile involuntarily. “This is quite cozy, don’t you think?” You ask, reaching forward to pet the horses neck. She snorts softly, bobbing her head up and down.
You press your heels into her side, encouraging her into a trot. She obeys immediately. The Survey Corps horses are bred and trained to be very
